Meet the Pasadena Team Behind Alden Insulation Pasadena
We’re not a call center that dispatches whoever’s available. The crew that shows up at your door in Pasadena lives here, works here, and has probably insulated a house on your street. What holds us together is simple: we’d rather redo a job than leave it wrong. That’s what the 365-Day Done Right Promise is built on, and it’s why we name the people who do the work. You should know who’s in your attic.
Our People
Marcus D. – Lead Insulation Technician
Marcus has been pulling old fiberglass out of Pasadena attics for 14 years, the last six with our crew. He holds Owens Corning and Johns Manville installer certifications and runs point on every removal job we take. If there’s rodent damage, moisture in the decking, or a previous install that was never done right, Marcus is the one who finds it before we quote. He keeps a running list of the worst insulation jobs he’s torn out. He says the list keeps him honest.
Elena R. – Senior Installer, Blown-In Specialist
Elena came to us from a production insulation outfit in the Valley, and she’ll tell you the difference on day one: here, she’s allowed to take the extra hour to air seal before she blows. She’s certified on GreenFiber and Rockwool systems and handles most of our dense-pack and open-blow work across Pasadena, Altadena, and San Marino. When she’s not in an attic, she’s restoring a 1960s bungalow in northeast Pasadena, so she understands old framing better than most.
Dan T. – Service Coordinator
Dan is the voice on the phone when you call (626) 628-2368, and yes, it’s always a real person, including at 2 a.m. He’s been dispatching home service crews for nine years and knows the Pasadena map well enough to tell you whether your street is in the tree-heavy hills or the flat grid near Caltech. Dan schedules every visit inside a specific window, confirms the written price is sent before the crew arrives, and is the one who follows up if anything ever falls through.
Jesse M. – Apprentice Installer
Jesse is in his third year with us and works alongside Marcus or Elena on every job. He started on removal and now handles prep, air sealing, and cleanup on blown-in installs. He’s working toward his own manufacturer certifications and already knows the difference between a true R-30 and what some crews will try to pass off as one. Jesse grew up in Pasadena and went to Marshall Fundamental. Most days, he’s the one hauling the old insulation out so the rest of the crew can work clean.
One Standard, Every Job
Alden Insulation Pasadena is independently owned and operated, but we’re held to The Garrison Standard, the same set of operating rules that’s governed Garrison Partners crews since 2002. What that means in practice: the written price is in your hand before any tool comes off the truck. The technician in your attic has been background-checked, wears a uniform, and answers to Bryce Holloway, the owner. And every job is covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing. If the work fails within a year, we return and make it right at no charge. No fine print, no argument. Bryce has torn out enough bad installs to know the only fix for a wrong job is doing it over, and he’d rather do it on our dime than yours.
